These are by far the best homemade pancakes ever! Light and fluffy with a slightly crunchy shell. Delicious! I had everything on hand and they came together quickly.

Wow! I had a young man at my table who is a challenge when it comes to pancakes...I've fed him pancakes in the past more than once only to have them compaired to "Grandma's pancakes" and needless to say mine have never measured up! WELLLLLLLL.....only rave reviews and NO mention of Grandma's pancakes (though when I mentioned Grandma's pancakes he asserted that his Grandma's were still better...I think now it's more a loyalty issue than pancake quality, and I am fine with that!) One thing...I needed to use a lower setting on my stove top with these as they were so fluffy they needed to cook longer and started to burn on my usual setting. These are the new standard!

These are outstanding the best pancakes we'v ever had even my picky 3 year old filled up on them and he's hard to cook for 5 star for sure Thank you so much for sharing this with everyone

Loved it! Made it as a midnight snack and it was great. I made mine with whole wheat flour b/c thats all I had on hand. It kept it's shape and fluffiness even drowned in syrup and butter.

These are our favorite pancakes. I love the sourness you get by adding the vinegar to the milk. This has become a breakfast staple for us. We usually substitute olive oil instead of butter, but they still turn out fluffy and delicious.
