Pretty good. Will use this recipe unless I find another that is better, as this uses regular ingredients that can be found in my kitchen. Plus they were good pancakes! They didn't get stuck in my throat like some can.

I was craving pancakes and decided to try this recipe out... so good! Much better than boxed mix and almost as quick.

These were out of this world! Had to make some changes due to allergies- omitted the butter altogether as another reviewer mentioned and used coconut milk. We also love blueberry pancakes, so I added a couple handfuls of frozen berries and a few tbsps of cinnamon. These were great! Also subbed spelt flour and I think next time I'll add some ground flax. Thanks for a great recipe!

Best pancakes ever! I love that I can use regular milk and just make it sour with some vinegar. A lot of recipes that I have come across call for buttermilk and I never have buttermilk on hand. Thanks for sharing!!!

We typically make pancakes using Bisquick but were out this morning and found this recipe. It was so delicious that we're going to start using this recipe from now on.

Absolutely fabulous. I was looking for a recipe that tasted like what my grandma used to make and this was the only one that brought back those fluffy, precious memories. Thank you so much!

Fabulous - oh my goodness are these good! I substitute canola oil for the butter, but do everything else the same. I also make several "dry" batches up at a time and store in plastic bags - that way when I'm ready to make them, all I need to do is put in the wet ingredients.

we have pancakes every sunday for dinner. i decided to venture from our tried and true recipe and try these. they are hands down the best pancakes ever. i subbed oil for the melted butter for convenience sake, and couldn't tell the difference.

Doubled the recipe this morning for my family of 5. They were great. My husband even preferred them to the dry pancake mix from the box. Just make sure griddle is not too hot, my first batch cooked on the outside too fast and the fluffy inside was a bit liquidy still. Lowered the heat and the rest were perfect! Thanks for the recipe.

These turned out great! I doubled the recipe and the only thing I did different is add 1 tsp. of vanilla. The recipe is very forgiving as well. The second time I made them I slipped and added too much vinegar and then had to add more flour and they still turned out perfect. My husband loves them. We topped them off with strawberry jam and gobbled them up.

I didn't have the fluffiness that I expected from this recipe. It seemed similar to the one that my mother used to make for us when we were kids, but after adding berries to the mix, it just sunk and was very unimpressive and my mother's recipe never did that; she always added berries to her pancakes and they were always very fluffy and yummy. That's what I'm missing...does someone else have a recipe for fluffy pancakes?

These pancakes were awesome! Soooo fluffy... my son ate more than usual so it is a winner for me! I had buttermilk on hand so used that instead of milk and vinegar. I also added some rolled oats which I had pulverised in a blender for extra fiber and it was still great!

These were terrific! Think I will omit the melted butter next time and see if they turn out a bit fluffier. I slather enough butter on top anyway!

These were really great! I had buttermilk on hand, so I used that in place of the milk and vinegar (which is basically what's it's making). Anyway, they were very fluffy with great flavor. I also added just a little vanilla. Exdellent recipe!
