Delicious! I followed the recipe without any alterations. The pancakes were difficult to flip because they are so fluffy, however. But, overall, yummy!

The best pancakes I have ever made! Light, fluffy... very cake-like with a sweet buttermilk flavor. I added a tablespoon of vanilla extract. The recipe yielded five 6-inch diameter pancakes for me. Enough for two or three people. If you have more people or big eaters, I'd double the recipe. Beats any mix I've ever tried hands down.

Best pancake recipe ever :-) I was looking for a good recipe for a while now and came across this one just this Sunday morning and gave it a try ! Did exactly what the recipe calls for and it is by far the best pancakes I ever tasted ! Thank you Kris !

My honey decided after work he wanted pancakes...at about 10:00 at night. A quick Google yielded this simple little recipe. I knew I had all the ingredients, so I gave it a shot at spoiling him. Boy did it work! Fluffy, sweet without being overpowering, and simple as anything!

This is my recipe of choice for pancakes. I use to use buttermilk until I had house full of family stay overnight. They wanted pancakes for breakfast and no buttermilk. The vinegar and milk was a fantastic substitute. Thanks for the idea.

I followed the recipe exactly except I added a cup of blueberries. Loved them! I have been making boxed pancakes for years. No more! These are going to be served at our house every Sunday morning for now on! :)

They were awesome, doubled them added some cinnamon, nutmeg and other ground spices. Awesomeness!!!!!!! They came out fluffy and soft best pancakes I've ever had before!

i just made it and it turns out Great, even I didn't use baking soda cause uhmm,,, I just forget to buy.. :D And I add 1/2 tsp. of vanilla like the others... And its so easy to make that begginers (like me) can make..

Best pancakes I've ever made. They were so soft and they taste so much better than the pancakes you would get from a box! They were a hit and they were just amazing and will make them as often as I can! Thanks again!
