These were great! I will probably reduce the sugar a bit in the future, but otherwise they worked out great! I also liked that we didn't get very many pancakes, as it was just the amount we needed.

Very good, sweet, fluffy pancakes. The only thing I might try next time is reducing the amount of sugar.

My daughter gives these 500 stars. I made them just as directed, though I quadrupled the recipe so I would have lots to freeze for quick breakfasts in the future. Will absolutely make these again!

Thankyou Kris! I had a wonderful pancake recipe i have been using for years which i think may have just gotten replaced this morning when i tried this recipe. Just the right amount of fluffiness. Made them on a heavy cast iron griddle and warmed the syrup a little first. Fantastic!

Awesome recipe! I used 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 white flour and added a little cinnamon, a little vanilla, and fresh blueberries. You'd never have known they were wheat pancakes, because the seasoning was so good. Yum!

The vinegar makes a delicious substitute for buttermilk! It gives these pancakes the perfect tanginess. I could tell even before they were finished, just by tasting the batter.

Didn't have enough of my Trader Joes Pancake mix so I searched for an easy mix I could whip up and came across this one. Very good, family really liked it, think I no longer need to buy a mix in a box. Thanks for this great recipe!!

These were awesome. Made a few changes due to what we had in the house. Used 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream with 1/4 cup water added to it instead of the milk. Also used olive oil instead of butter. Ended up adding more water at the end due to the thickness of the whipping cream. All 6 of us in the family loved them even my 2yr.old who doesn't typically eat pancakes. Also my son with Autism who usually only has 1 bite finished off two of them. Thank you for the recipe. you have blessed our family.

The batter was very thick. I had to add a little more milk. The taste was good but I will stick to my other recipe. Did not make very many.

Easy to make, I had buttermilk at hand so I used that instead of using the vinegar/milk. Very good, my kids loved it. Thanks for sharing.

I discovered this recipe a couple weeks ago when I ran out of boxed pancake mix. This is the best pancake recipe I've every made and my family and I make it very weekend. The only change I made was adding blueberries! Kudos!

I used real buttermilk instead of soured milk and doubled the recipe. I let the batter sit for 10 minutes while my griddle heated up. There were no survivors. We ate every last bit. I served this with Absolute Best Pancake Syrup.

We were unexpectedly out of our favorite packaged pancake mix so I looked up 'pancakes' here and WOW....we don't even need our old mix anymore...these were exceptionally good. We mixed the milk and vinegar first and by the time we had the dry ingredients ready the milk was thick and ready to pour in. You won't be sorry you tried these!!
