I get asked to make this AT THE LEAST once a week. We love this hot chocolate. I always keep the ingredients on hand!

Very good! Very creamy and sweet. I thought it needed a lot more cocoa after tasting some, so I doubled the cocoa in my cup. I think you could cut the sugar in half though as the marshmallow was plenty sweet. I used marshmallow creme as it's all I had. This was really "fluffy"... I wondered how a liquid could be considered "fluffy" now I know the answer. I'll make this again with double the cocoa. Thanks!

I made this without the marshmallows, and regretted it! I'll try that next time. The texture was great, but without the marshmallows, it needed a little extra sugar. I like whipped cream on top instead of marshmallows, so if you're like me, add just a little bit more sugar!

Yummy!!!! My kids loved it. Perfect on a cold snowy day. I only had big marchmallows but it still worked. Had to heat a little longer, about 11 minutes.

I love this! And so does my whole family. The only thing I do different is that I add choc. chips. We like it super chocolaty. Only down side is now I cannot drink a powdered hot cocoa mix. I tried and it was not right. Thanks Love the recipe!

Not too sweet, but just right! This is the only hot cocoa my kids will drink. Usually they eat the marshmellows off the top and leave the rest. I did one oops...forgot the vanilla, but didn't miss it. Added whipped cream and it was a HUGE success. Thank you for this winter treat.

Since we use organic milk I tend to be a bit more conservative with it, so what I did was use 3 cups of organic milk and 1/2 cup water. Next time I'll add one full cup of water to make 4 cups of liquid in the pan. Also, next time I make it I'll only add 1 cup of marshmallows (it's very sweet!). I used 6 tsp of cocoa and a pinch of salt.

This is fabulous, reminds me of the hot chocolate mom would make after sled riding. I even added 2 peppermint candies to melt while heating.

I love this recipe! When it's cold I come home and make it for myself and my brother. Of course I top it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings... However, I do add more sugar than called for, it adds a little extra sweetening that's crucial.

I did the recipe as written, it was fluffy, and I thought it had plenty of chocolate in it. It was very easy to make.

This recipe wasn't bad at all however, for my taste, it wasn't chocolaty enough. I still rated it a four because it was tastey and I really liked how creamy it was... but I might try another recipe with a richer chocolate flavor next time.

This was a big hit with my kids! Easy recipe! Wouldn't change a thing! I listened to another's review the first time I tried this, and changed some things, and we didn't like it, it was too sweet. So came back to the original recipe and it was perfect! This will be a keeper for sure! Don't listen to others, try it this way first!!

I tried this recipe as written, (while still on the stovetop) and it just wasn't chocolaty enough for me. I added 1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and let them melt, while stirring. It made the difference! We will be making this on Christmas morning!

This hot chocolate has become a tradition on Halloween for my family. It is absolutely the best hot chocolate I have ever had. The marshmallows bring a wonderful frothy and creamy texture to it. Simple, but oh sooooo good!
