I made this for our Bible Study group and they loved it as much as we did making it. Although some were reluctant to try it fearing it would be too "heavy" of an evening treat, most of them asked for seconds! I am going to try making it with lemon juice next time. The only modification I will make next time is to only reserve about 1/4 to 1/2 C of the crumbs for topping. Three quarters cup is way too much.

My son found this recipe and made it for me yesterday for Mother's Day. I have to say I had my doubts when I saw the marshmallows as an ingredient...I thought it would be WAY to sweet. It wasn't. I thought it came out perfect...light and fluffy, the crust was the perfect compliment, and the amount of juice was just right to give it that little tang that a real cheesecake has. What an easy and delicious substitute for regular cheesecake!

There should be sugar on the ingredient list....it's just a big sticky mess.

I made this recipe for Christmas Eve Dessert. I goofed and forgot to fold in the whipped topping prior to pouring the filling into the crust. The result was more of a cheese cake rather than "fluffy" filling. I improvised by adding the cool whip on top and carefully pulling it through the filling with a large fork, not disturbing the crust. I will probably repeat my mistake in the future because everyone loved it just the way it was. I sprinkled the reserved crumbs on top and placed in the freezer for an hour before covering it in foil / moving it to the fridge. I made this in the morning and it had the entire day to chill. Everyone loved it, even the kids who usually don't appreciate a cheese cake dessert like the adults. My only suggestion and something I will change up the next time I prepare this is adding 6 ounces of frozen juice concentrate rather than plain juice. While the dessert was delicious, The orange juice was not detectable at all. By using frozen concentrate you could use orange, cranberry, lemonade, or any flavor that fits the occasion or your personal taste and give it some nice juicy notes.

This is a tasty dessert that is easy to make. I don't like Cool Whip, so I used whipping cream instead and used 400 mL of it. The next time I make it, I'll use more orange juice, though. You really couldn't taste the citrus in it at all and I think that would really add to the flavour. Thanks for the yummy recipe!

This was a super easy and quick dessert. Everyone loved it and it was gone within seconds. I will be making this again and again. Next time I might add a little bit more orange juice for a stronger taste! YUMMY :)

This was a great light summery recipe, was served at a dinner with our neighbors and everyone enjoyed it.I did alter a little to make it lower calorie and fat. I used lite cream cheese, lite cool whip, lite butter, and reduced fat Nilla Wafers, and it still came out tasting great!
