It was sweet and yummy for what it is, but not phenomenal. The texture was light and fluffy, while the vanilla wafer crust was delightful. Make sure you use an electric mixer for the cream cheese to ensure it is fully smooth.

It holds up great - but there is absolutely NO flavor to it. The best thing to do would be leave out the orange juce and pour some cherries or blueberries on top.

Made this for the family I work for and they loved it!! It's always a good sign when you hear "MMMM" just after the first bite. :)

We served this last night for dessert, and everyone loved it! Very easy to make, and quite tastey.

My cheesecake loving family did not like this at all. The texture was not appealing.

I made this exactly per the instructions. Used fresh squeezed orange juice but couldn't really taste it in the finished product. One reviewer suggested using concentrate and I will try that next time. My family gave this a thumbs up!!

I made this for our Bible Study group and they loved it as much as we did making it. Although some were reluctant to try it fearing it would be too "heavy" of an evening treat, most of them asked for seconds! I am going to try making it with lemon juice next time. The only modification I will make next time is to only reserve about 1/4 to 1/2 C of the crumbs for topping. Three quarters cup is way too much.

My son found this recipe and made it for me yesterday for Mother's Day. I have to say I had my doubts when I saw the marshmallows as an ingredient...I thought it would be WAY to sweet. It wasn't. I thought it came out perfect...light and fluffy, the crust was the perfect compliment, and the amount of juice was just right to give it that little tang that a real cheesecake has. What an easy and delicious substitute for regular cheesecake!
