Very good! I made them for my husband for our anneversary and we both ate way too many because they were so good. I did leave out one yolk for fear they would be too eggy and they came out nice and fluffy. I will definately make these again.

really (x 100) good recipe will be normal breakfast in my house. Big hit with the kids! just leave one egg out and isn't eggy at all. Make batter overnight and let it set. Makes it 100% better! Thank you!

These were just ok. I followed everything the recipe said. I thought they were really rather bland despite adding more sugar & vanilla. Texture definitlely didn't "melt in my mouth"! I will continue to look for "The perfect pancake recipe..."

Very easy to put together, but lacking flavor. The pancakes came out to be very thin and had an overwhelming taste of egg. I almost wish I used the 3 eggs it called for to make a nice omelette :)

These pancakes came out pretty good, though I would say they're more of an "Egg Pancake", definately a different flavor than your average pancake. They came out pretty fluffy, more so than regular light fluffy pancakes, and slightly thicker as well. I did add a bit of salt/sugar to the recipe, they came out very tasteful, again a nice change from the usual pancake. They do require more effort to make, but will still be a special treat in our household.

This recipe is so great! Practically effortless and the pancakes are truly fluffy! Will definitely be a regular on our breakfast table. No alterations to the recipe is needed I reckon.

I followed the recipe exactly and sort of wish I hadn't; they came out very fluffy but tasted very much like eggs. I should have followed the advice of other reviewers and left out a few of the egg yolks, and it could've used some sugar and salt.

These Pancakes were fluffy, but rather tasteless. They were very easy and actually pretty fun to make. They cooked to a perfect golden brown too. I added only 1 egg yolk, like some other reviewers suggested. I could just get a tiny hint of the egg so I think 1 yolk is about right. I might try this recipe again but with butter milk instead of the whole milk I used. Instead of 4 large pancakes I made about 15 "dollar" sized ones about 2-3 inches across. Thanks for sharing.

This is the only pancake recipe I've found on this site (and I've tried a bunch) that claim to be fluffy and actually are fluffy! Beating the egg whites requires some patience but the taste it produces is worth it. Family members told me these were the best pancakes they ever tasted. I will definitely make these again.

These pancakes tasted good (I used one less egg yolk) but were no fluffier than any other pancakes I've made. Yummy with Cinnabutter and butter pecan syrup.

I made these this morning and I thought they were good. I could taste the egg but it wasn't too eggy but when I make them for other people I will definately use less yolks. Also I never ever make good pancakes but these browned perfectly and evenly and while they were not fluffy enough I will try them again and beat my egg whites longer. All in all I cannot see myself ever buying box mix again. This is just too easy.

I finished making these pancakes two minutes ago and I just had to write this review right now. They are great! I was never able to make truely "fluffy" pancakes until I came across this recipe. I had tried another pancake recipe on this site (the one with the most rav reviews) but they turned out doughy & very rubbery. However, I did add some sugar to the batter & used only one egg yolk & two egg white. I might consider adding some melted butter next time too. But overall, the best pancake recipe I have ever tried!

Mmm, yummy! I made these with a friend for breakfast on my birthday. We didn't have an electric beater, so we ended up using her cappucino frother and then a fork. Still very good and true to its name--fluffy! We served it with blueberry sauce (made from frozen blueberries) and it was a real treat.
