I've made this many times for parties and its a hit everytime. I always get tons of compliments. Great recipe!

This was delicious! Sweet Tomatoes has an almost identical salad except it doesn't include cauliflower and I'd been looking for a recipe because I'd been craving it. I doubled the broccoli and left out the cauliflower. I also didn't have any white vinegar so I substituted seasoned rice vinegar instead. Easy to make and yummy!
