This is good but I am still looking for an unbelievable one. It does have the right amount to spinach and artichokes porpotion to the rest of it. Maybe some more garlic would do the trick.

I like to omit the garlic and use garlic swirl cream cheese as opposed to regular. I use half the lemon juice called for and use about 3/4 c. parmesan cheese and 1/4-1/2 c. cubed cheddar. Everyone always adores this dish and I hand out my modified recipe very often.

Excellent recipe!!! Everyone thought I bought it from a restaurant and put it in my own dish to take credit for. I served it with homeade tortilla chips (lightly oiled tortillas, cut, baked in oven) from the tortilla chicken soup recipe (on this site). Pita wedges would be good too.

This recipe is sooo good! Last year our daughter was in the hospital over Christmas and I made enough dip for the day and night shift of doctors and nurses in the unit. The night shift was lucky to get some! I serve this dish with fresh sliced foccacia bagettes, very yummy. This recipe is always a hit!

This is a really good recipe that you can change up very easily. I have made it with marinated artichokes and plain artichokes and I have people who have asked me for the recipe for both kinds. I prefer it with marinated artichokes, but I have friends who love this recipe with the plain. Great recipe!!

I used frozen "creamed" spinach, made this dip even more decadent. Served with plain tortillas and carrot sticks. A comfort food par excellence!

Very good. I've done it with neufchatel instead of cream cheese, to cut down on fat, and the taste is still good. I've also used it as a side dish instead of a dip. Guests love it.

Excellent! I love restaurant artichoke dips but rarely like the ones I make at home. Thanks to this recipe, I have discovered that it's the FAT (cream cheese) that makes the difference. This is thick and creamy and delicious. I followed the recipe exactly and the dip was the hit of my New Year's party. Next time I may add more parmesan, or put an extra layer of swiss or monterey jack on top to make it extra cheesy and gooey. Thanks for the recipe!

I made this dip for New Years Eve last night and everyone raved about it! My son (17 yrs old) said it was way better than any restaurant dip he has had. I fully agree! Thanks for this recipe...it's a keeper!

FANtastic recipe!! I'm always looking for ways to cut calories and fat, so I used other reviewers' suggestions: replaced one of the packages of (low fat) cream cheese with nonfat sour cream; used marinated artichokes for extra flavor. I also divided between 2 8x8 pyrex dishes for a party, but it came out quite thin (in depth, not consistency). Next time I'll pour all into one 8x8 dish.
