This dip is so good. Even my kids love it. I also used drained marinated artichoke hearts that added an extra kick. Fabulous!

This recipe is so great. Everybody I make it for loves it. I always double the recipe and serve with tortilla chips.

I took this to a potluck and people were taking home the leftovers in styrofoam cups! I doubled the spinach and added some sour cream to make the recipe go a little further (there were about 50 people there). I also added some mozzarella cheese because I was instructed to make it "good and cheesy". This went over very well and I'm terribly pleased with the result. Great recipe!

This dip was delicious and very simple to make. Next time I would try the others suggestion of substituting sour cream for the 2nd package of cream cheese. It turned out a little thicker than I would have liked.

I make this for parties, and everyone loves it. It is a great recipe. I slice French bread very thin and bake it until it is slightly crispy to serve it with.

Minutes-this is how long this dish lasted at a happy hour I attended with some co-workers. Serve it with cut veggies and any kind of cracker (I used mixed grain, butter (like Ritz), and cracked pepper crackers) or tortilla chips and the end result is the same - mui yummy! Don't change the ingredients and do serve it cold!

I love to make this dip. It's fantastic comfort food. I add some sour cream in place of one of the packages of cream cheese sometimes.

like other reviewers suggested...i cut the cream cheese down to one package and replaced the second with 8 oz. of sour cream. i also cut the mayo down to 1/4 cup and threw in some crushed red pepper flakes for a little extra kick. fantastic!! i think it tastes best when served with roasted garlic bread from the supermarket bakery.

I've been making this recipe for a few years now. It's the first thing to go at all my parties. I add 3/4 cup of sour cream and only use a little bit less than 8 ounces of cream cheese. I also double the spinach to two 10 oz packages. It works great in the slow cooker on low for a few hours and keeps it wardm for the party as well.
