I've never had sugar snap peas before this, but I must say these were really yummy. We used small pieces of turkey instead of ham and it was very good!

Just like the above post we didn't have any ham... or raw bacon. We did have real bacon bits (not the crunchy kind) so I used that. I also added about a teaspoon of lemon juice right before they were finished. Fresh snap peas make all the difference.

The entire family liked this dish. I didn't have any cooked ham, so I cut up some raw bacon and sauted it with the garlic and thyme. It tasted great!!

Very tasty! I especially like how very quick and easy they are... almost no prep time required, and a quick cook time. My kids and husband gobbled them up. These make a nice dinner vegetable choice for a busy household. Thanks Connie.
