this came out really amazing even though I kind of messed it up.. I didn't read that I was only suppose to use 1 tablespoon of dry onion soup mix..so I added a whole package..good thing I used non-salted butter! this is something I will make again and it goes perfect with fish! love it!

this was really easy and very good. i made 1 change. i used grated parmesan instead of the mozzarella. because i didnt have any on hand. will make again!

Save yourself a pan and heat the butter in the mircowave and add the soup mix. I cooked mine for a minute and the dehydrated onions still had a stale-like crunch to them (which we didn't like). Next time I'll make sure it's just the powder that goes into the butter and not the onion. Also, we steamed our asparagus for 16 minutes but that's just our preference.
