INGREDIENTS
1 (7 ounce) package elbow macaroni
1 (8 ounce) jar pasteurized process cheese sauce
1 1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup finely chopped onion

DIRECTIONS
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Stir in the cheese sauce until combined. Add remaining ingredients. Transfer to a serving bowl; serve immediately.

This is a nice change to the "same ol " Mac n cheese, however you must love ham to like this recipie.

Yum yum yum! I substituted a few things...used 8 oz. velvetta and a little salsa instead of the cheese sauce. The pineapple adds delicious sweetness to the zing of the salsa! Highly recommended!
