Really great recipe. I made some substitutions with what we had on hand (celery, pea pods, onion & sweet red pepper) as well as adding minced garlic,ground ginger, marinating the meat for an hour and making extra sauce. It would have been good as is as well - one point is that this isn't at all spicy, even with the garlic, so if you want a "kick" you should add some additional heat yourself. We added crushed red pepper flakes to the end product. Thanks for the recipe! It is a keeper.
