Old El Paso® taco seasoning mix
1 (1 1/4 pound)
flank steak, trimmed of excess fat
8 (6 inch)
Old El Paso® flour tortillas for soft tacos & fajitas
ripe medium mangoes, seed removed, peeled and diced
Juice of 1 medium lime
jalapeno chile, seeded, chopped
chopped red onion
chopped fresh cilantro leaves
I really liked this. Mainly, though because it was just so easy to make. I had 2 top sirloin steaks or 3/4 of a lb and made a 1/2 recipe. I was able to get 5 tacos. I used Trader Joe's taco seasoning and handmade tortillas. I only had jalepenos in a jar and a few slices of those worked fine in the salsa. I would definitely make this again, just because the taco seasoning was such a quick and easy way to season beef. I also just cooked the strips completely in the pan instead of only browning them to save time. Other sauces, salsas, or toppings, could easily be used also. TY
