Good, but the meat dried up a bit. I too had a shorter cook time than what the recipe called for. I need to use a meat thermometer when using a crock pot as recipes always take less time than written.

This was tasty and smelled amazing while cooking. I just bought a new crockpot and it only took 5 hours on low to cook, I added a little extra beef broth near the end of cooking, a lot of the juices were absorbed by the stuffing,there would have been burning without the extra juices. Hubby loved it.

I made this dish yesterday and it was a big hit with my husband and our guest. I followed the directions as written except I didn't have string. The flank steak rolled up nicely and stayed in place perfectly without it.

This was easy to make and very very good. My husband wants me to make it again sometime soon so it is definitely a winner. Didn't "wow" me but it made a good hearty meal. The meat was tender and tasty. Instead of the gravy mix I made my own gravy at the end. Left out the wine but will use it next time I make this. Used real mushrooms chopped up in the stuffing mix and added some whole mushrooms and three sliced garlic cloves to the broth it cooked in.

This was so good! Super easy to make! I gave the recipe to my mother in law and she has started to use this recipe also. Everyone in my family loves this and wants me to make it all the time.

This was so easy to make and tasted really good. I would probably use a sharper cheese next time, maybe gorgonzola? But otherwise it was great!
