I admit it, I'm a Flan Fan. The recipe has potential and definitely need a tsp of vanilla. If you make it in one big pan, I think it needs to cook longer, 40 minutes can give you a soggy mess. This is good, not too sweet.

I did not like this recipe at all. Flan was blan, and the only strong taste was that of eggs. There needs to be something added to this recipe to help out the flavor. It was a real waste of perfectly good ingredients. I will not make this again, and neither should you.

Flan is one of my favorite desserts but I didn't enjoy this version as much as another recipe I've tried from this site. It didn't set up as I'd hoped and I really prefer the kind made with condensed milk. Glad I gave it a shot. Thanks anyway Bobby.

I guess I'm not the biggest fan of flan. But the recipe turned out perfectly. Very easy simple recipe for flan.

Yummm, this is sooo good. I never thought flan would be easy to make, but this recipe makes it sooo easy and so yummy. I did add 1/8 tsp. vanilla.

I added a few drops of vanilla, but the recipe is delicious either way.
