Original Recipe Yield 3 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons BACARDI® Rum
  • Fruits or cakes, diced

Directions

  1. Combine chocolate, cream, vanilla and BACARDI® Rum in saucepan over low heat for five minutes or until smooth.
  2. Dip strawberries, brownies, marshmallows, bananas or pound cake into chocolate.
