The white sauce alone gets 5 stars!! And for those who don't like reviews with modifications, read no further. I ALWAYS modify. I marinated and grilled mahi on the gas grill instead of frying cod. My fish marinade was lime zest plus juice, 2 pods of fresh grated garlic, salt, pepper and half a beer. We topped tacos with homemade pico (from this site) shredded cabbage, and that heavenly white sauce. Delish! I've made the white sauce twice now, the first time I substituted minced green olives since I didn't have capers, and it was great both ways! Both times, I used sour cream for yogurt, and low fat mayo, because it's what I had on hand. I also used only 1/4 tsp of cayenne, because 1 whole tsp sounded cruel and unusual. ;)
