This was really good. I didn't have any black olives...so I just omitted them. I used tilapia fillets and they turned out so great. Will definately make this again. Thanks

This was a simple and delicious dish! I used two 7 ounce salmon fillets and cooked them about 5 minutes per side. Chenin Blanc worked wonderfully. If you don't like a watery sauce you should drain the diced tomatoes before use but it's good either way.

I live 20 minutes from the nearest store, so I adapted this recipe using ingredients I had on-hand. The sauce was addicting, and my 7 year-old ate every bite! I used 4 frozen tilapia filets; hunts diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano; and a sweet, white table wine. Because the wine was sweet instead of dry, I added garlic salt, cajun spice and lemon. We do not care for parsley so I used a little rosemary and thyme from my garden. We licked our plates!

Very fast, easy and tasty. Next time will use less onions and a drier wine. Excellent recipe.

My husband and I loved it. We didn't have white wine so we used Marsala. It was great.

This was very good. My wife is not a big fan of fish, and she said this was delicious. Used haddock, and omitted the olives. Threw in some Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese for added flavor. The leftovers heated up very nicely in the microwave. I'll be making this again. Loved how fast it was to make, as I have a busy schedule.

For the tomatoes I used canned diced tomatoes with mild green chillies and topped with a little parmesan cheese when served. Very quick and very yummy. :o)

After reading all the raving reviews, I was a little disappointed when I finally tried it out. I used pollock fillets and chopped fresh chives instead of parsley. The flavor was kind of bland and probably could have used some pepper. Also, there was too much liquid in this dish. I may try making this again, with some modifications. I had to admit that this is a very healthy and easy to prepare entree though.

Fast and easy. We love it. I didn't have fresh parsley and canned tomato, so I used dried parsley and freash tomato. It still came out delicious.
