This is still one of my favorite recipe for a quick meatloaf main course. I did add a little crumbled bleu cheese

I will never make plain old meatloaf again! This is sooooooo good its mouth watering! I didn't add mushrooms cuz I think they're icky but otherwise I cooked as is. A recipe this good doesn't need tweaking! Thank you!

I thought this recipe was mediocre. The taste was a little less flavorful--and I followed the recipe exactly as listed. This recipe is more for people with picky eaters, or for people with sensitive pallets. Needed more spices and flavors in my opinion. We had to eat it with ketchup because it tasted pretty much like ground beef instead of a delicious loaf. Good recipe for base ingredients, however.

Yum! This was one of the best meatloaves I've ever eaten! I made half the recipe and as suggested by others, I mixed the chilies into the meat. I don't understand how anyone can say this recipe is bland unless they used bland Salsa. I love flavorful foods and this one had a great punch with the chilies and salsa! This one goes into my recipe box! Thank you for this delicious recipe!

I do not like meatloaf but my boyfriend does, I love cooking for him and meatloaf is one of his favorite dishes. I made this one because it is not the "normal" meatloaf. Once he tasted it he had the biggest smile on his face and told me this is why he loves me. I ate it too and loved it. My daughter asked for seconds (she is not a meat eater 3years old).

Better than I even expected! I added sauteed onions (medium yellow sweet). Yummmm! Even the teenagers ate it, and they're picky.

This was really good. We altered the recipe by using ground turkey instead of beef and adding some of the salsa and chilies to the meat mixture. Definitely a good mixture of flavors.

I loved this meatloaf! Although I did change a few things... I mixed one of the jars of green chilies into the actual meat and mixed some of the salsa into the meat as well. We served it on Sandwiches with cheddar cheese. Great Dinner!

Very good meatloaf. Hubby and I have changed a few things: 1) We used 2 pounds ground beef instead of 3. 2) We did not add the mushrooms. 3) We add the chilies and salsa when the beef is added to eggs and garlic powder - gives spices to the whole loaf, not just the top. I've made this several times, and it's turned out great each time.
