Yum, yum yum!!! It wasn't hot enough to get the grill out, so I put the steaks on a rack in a pyrex, glazed the bottom and cooked it at 350 for twenty minutes, then broiled it for about eight miutes, basting every ten minutes or so. Delicious! Highly recommended!

the sauce was delicious! i used asian chili paste instead of the chili sauce. as some people suggested, it was not too spicy-- for those who like it really firey, more cayenne pepper should be added.

Delicious. Followed instructions and had a thick layer of "sauce" on the salmon as it baked in a conventional oven.

I did not think the sauce was spicy as written but that was fine with me as it tasted wonderful. Did not have ginger root on hand so I substituted about 1/2 tsp. of ground ginger. Thanks
