Firecracker Salmon Steaks
SUBMITTED BY:
Phyllis Schmalz
"Red pepper flakes and cayenne provide the fiery flavor that gives these salmon steaks their name. Basting the fish with the zippy sauce while grilling creates a glossy glaze. --Phyllis Schmalz of Kansas City, Kansas"

I did not think the sauce was spicy as written but that was fine with me as it tasted wonderful. Did not have ginger root on hand so I substituted about 1/2 tsp. of ground ginger. Thanks

Wasn't very spicy at all. Next time I may try adding garlic chili sauce instead and letting it marinate a little
