AMAZING! I wish I could give more stars! My husband and I LOVE this salmon recipe. I just made it tonight for the first time EXACTLY like the recipe says ( would not change a thing!) except I baked in foil pouches at 375 for about 20 min. We prefer not to grill fish in general. This is so good and we will be making it again....SOON! Thank you so much for this awesome recipe

This salmon recipe was excellent. Instead of doing it on the grill, we wrapped each of the pieces of salmon in aluminum foil and then cooked on the stove. Also, I think next time we make it, we will leave a little bit of the marinade to drizzle over the salmon! Either way this is a great recipe!

I omitted the pepper and marinated for about 24 hours. The flavor was really great. But it was too cool to use the grill so I broiled it and it was kind of a pain because it started to get black on top before it was done. Next time, if I can't use the grill I'll just bake it. And remember to try to use a fillet that is of even thickness so one side doesn't get done way before the other.

My husband said that this was the best salmon he'd ever eaten. He believes it could be sold at a restaurant for $45.00 a plate.

Good but it was raining so we baked them like others suggested. Was very good, but don't bake with all marinade or salmon gets very soft. Next time I may try pan searing.

This recipe is amazing. The only deviation I took from the recipe is that I couldn't find peanut oil, so I ended up using peanut sauce instead. I was a little worried that the peanut flavor would be too overpowering, but it was fantastic and still really balanced, and it cut down on a bit of the oil. I didn't feel like messing with a charcoal grill, so I baked it at 400 for about 20 minutes and it was perfect. I'll definitely be making this again!

I didn't use peanut oil and used rice wine vinegar and chopped giner instead. LOVED the recipe. I put frozen salmon from costco in a baking dish for about 30 min, then grilled them over a grill pan inside since it's to cold to go out. i think i'll bake it next time. My husband and I LOVED it. it was just so yummy. I'll definitely make this again and again!

This was a really good recipe, but it uses an awful lot of oil. I followed it exactly except omitted the salt cause soy sauce is salty enough, even the low-sodium kind. Will definately make again, but probably with less peanut oil... maybe sub OJ for 1/2 of it next time, but that might throw off the yummy balance of the marinade as written...

Excellent. Only marinated for 3 hours. Think it would be even better if next time am able to marinate longer.

I've made this recipe many times and it has always come out perfect, even when I only had a chance to marinate it for less than 30 minutes, it still came out great!

i only marinated the salmon for about an hour and i was too lazy to start a fire so i threw this in the oven and baked it at 400 degrees. it was delish. i can't wait to try it again marinated the right amount of time and on a fire, it's probably going to be out of this world! i paired this with the spinach and orzo salad and it was a filling dinner!

Omitted the peanut oil and used 1/4 C canola instead, no green onions, reduced red pepper to 1/4 tsp and used 5 TBSP brown sugar. Baked @ 425 for 10 min then broiled x 3 min and they were perfect.
