Awesome! My first time grilling fish!I do agree with others that it could have been marinated lonber (I did only 4 hrs). Also, I like thinner cuts of fish for easy cooking and better penetration of flavor. Meena

Everyone loved this and the kids all asked for seconds! Delicious! I did leave out the red pepper as I thought it would be to spicy and it tasted fine. I will use this again!

My family LOVED this salmon. The marinade was sweet/spicy. I grilled it on the stove in a grill pan and had lots of sauce left over to heat and serve. Yummy over rice.

This recipe is perfect.. Not hot at all the red pepper just kicks it up a nitch.. my 2 and 3 yr. old enjoyed it. My only critism is that the salmon was to small cut up 8 4oz slices is small. I will go for 6 oz slices next time! umummm good!

It was a really nice asian taste. I would have rated it 5 stars but I don't really like ginger.

Excellent!! I scaled this down to 2 servings and thought I had taken salmon out of the freezer - nope, grabbed rainbow trout!! Nonetheless, let my trout marinade for a good 4-5 hours. Left out the salt (soy has enough) and used fresh grated ginger. Baked at 400 for about 20 mins (I don't BBQ and hubby was working late) and it was fantastic! I think next time I will up my red pepper flakes a tad. Loved this, yum!

What an outstanding recipe! I didn't think much of the marinade when I first tasted it, however, after letting the salmon sit in it for a few hours and then a few minutes on the grill...WOW! What a combo!

Very, very delicious. My friends always rave about it and beg me for the recipe. If you want to give this recipe an "ump" try grilling it on a cedar board. Your eyes will pop! Trust me!

LOVED IT! I made it for a group of 6 adults & 3 kids last night. It was so, yummy. Two of my guest requested copies of the recipe to take home with them! :-)

YUM. Followed the recipe as written, except I baked it instead of grilling. Definitely should be marinated for as long as possible.

Great recipe! A lot of different flavors, some heat, a little tangy, a little sweet. I might try cutting the sauce with some water next time because it was a little thick. Maybe slightly less balsamic ving.

One of the few recipes I don't tinker with. I've been making this for 3 or 4 yrs. now. With a little apple wood on the grill this is fantastic.

I placed the salmon and marinade in a zip loc bag for 6 hours. It was amazing! I also saved the sauce and warmed it until it boiled in a sauce pan. Drizzle the remaining hot marinade over the salmon before serving.

Excellent recipe! I omitted the red pepper because of the kids and I really don't recommend adding any salt since you are already using a lot of soy sauce.

Prepared exactly as directed and very good! Had some friends over and one choose to add some more crushed red pepper since she likes things quite spicy. Served it with green beans and fresh corn.
