I have never ever cooked chicken before, and I came across this recipe that is easy enough. The finished product turned out okay. Not bad for my first chicken dish. On my gas stove, the estimated time was longer than what it took to actually cook, I'd say about 20 mintues is good enough. I let the marinade sit for two hours, but I didn't find this spicy at all. Next time, I will try and let sit overnight and try a much spicer hot sauce or maybe a jerk chicken marinade and also, adding a bit of garlic or ground cayenne may even help add to the flavor. This was easy enough to follow and still tasty regardless of spice factor. I will try more variations on this recipe to perfect it.
