Very easy and simple. Kinda-like a shortbread but thin and crisp. Nice flavor.

Easy & delicious! VERY rich - my family couldn't eat the whole batch so I took them to work & got lots of compliments. I left out the egg glaze b/c of an allergy.

I ended up rolling them into little balls and cutting them in half. Then I dipped each one (it was a little tedious ;)) into the egg and then dipped them in brown sugar since I didn't have any almonds at the ready. They turned out pretty good if I do say so myself!

Simple sweet treat. I had a bit of trouble with them falling apart and also burning if not removed from the oven at precisely the right time.

i made these at Xmas time. i used a cookie cutter with them instead of cutting them into bars and took them to work.. EVERYONE who had them raved. the only modification is that i used sugar in the raw.
