"Made-from-scratch dinner rolls. We had a Finnish exchange student a few years ago, who shared her family recipe for holiday dinner rolls. We love them fresh out of the oven with a little honey or butter on them."

all-purpose flour, divided
1 (.25 ounce) package
active dry yeast

These were really tasty. Will try this recipe again and maybe some other shredded veggie... good base.. can add most any shredded veggie
The amounts of ingredients are a bit confusing and the ratio seems off. Way too much milk, I had to use about 6 cups of flour for the dough to form, with 4.75 cups of flour the dough was way too soft and watery. And even with 6 cups of flour, the dough I got at the end was still very sticky and hard to shape. The result came out to be ok,
