Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, lemon juice, green onions, and red pepper flakes. Let stand for about 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
