Mixed feelings about this one. The enchilada taste was there but the texture of the ravioli combined with the Mexican flavor was hard to get used to. I will finish the leftovers but I'm not sure if I'll try this one again.

This is a nice twist on ravioli with marinara sauce. We use cheese ravioli instead of meat but follow the recipe otherwise. The kids especially love this one so that makes it a keeper!
