This was very easy and quick to make. I made this exactly as written and it turned out perfectly. I used a salsa con queso for the process cheese. Cheese lovers might want tome shredded cheese on top.

I made this with the called for ingredients, only I added homemade taco seasoning and a little shredded cheddar. I thought it was passable, but noone else really cared for it. I thought it was a little too salty.

I just tried this recipe as a last minute dinner... and it turned out great! I didn't use the beans... mainly because i'm pregnant and beans are a huge turn off right now for me. I also added a scoop of sour cream on top. We're having the left overs tonight! I will definitely use this recipe again. Thanks!

I added an additional can of diced tomatoes and a little red pepper flakes. this was really good served with cornbread the first time. The second time I used more cheese and salsa on top. loved it.

I am giving this a three b/c of the way I made it. I didn't have hot sauce so I used a can of rotel and it was to spicy for my son to eat. I also left out the beans... b/c that just sounded weird with macaroni. I will try again with the right stuff.

Very tasty but a little too rich. I only had half a box of macaronni so I cut the Velveeta by half, and I also omitted the beans. Next time I would use even less Velveeta and subsitute regular shredded taco seasoned cheese.
