I loved this recipe but changed a few things. I used a bit of both green and yellow pepper, used canned dice tomatoes w/ chilis, frozen fajita chicken strips, which I browned in a skillet and topped with chipoltle chili powder(that alone smelled amazing!) beforehand. In the soup mix I added a 1/2 c of shredded cheese, used almost the rest to layer and sprinkled a bit on top and let it melt. I also used tortilla chips like the other person and they didn't get soggy like I thought they would. It was a fantastic recipe perfect for a get together or Super Bowl party.

I didn't have all the ingredients on hand so I improvised a bit and it still turned out good! I broke up tortilla chips in the bottom of a 1.5 quart baking dish, topped with shredded leftover BBQ chicken from the night before, topped with a mixture of cream of chicken soup and chunky blackbean and corn salsa (about 1:1) and topped it off with shredded cheese. SUPER easy and pretty darn good.
