I changed this for what I had on hand and to make it healthier and halfed the recipe. I used low fat Bisquick w/ skim milk and added 1/2 a roasted bell pepper and omitted the butter. I used 1/4 cup each light mayo, fat free ricotta, fat free plain yogurt, and skipped the chedder. I topped it w/ 2 leftover smoked chicken breasts, a little low fat mozz cheese and paprika. It was really good!
