Absolutely delicious! I've never written a review before but this recipe compelled me to. I made the recipe as is the first time, with the exception of the addition of some shrimp. I'm going to make it again this week, using small ziti instead of fettucine, and with the addition of some green peas along with the shrimp. Wonderfully simple yet tasty, we both enjoyed this thoroughly.

My husband loved the taste of this recipe, I loved how easy it was to make. I did add chicken breast sliced and sauted them with the bell peppers which I would definately never do without. We will definately put this on the dinner recipes. Thanks :)

VERY good! If you're sensitive to spicy food, you might use a little less cayenne pepper...but I love spicy and this was awesome...and easy!

I added shrimp and sweet onions to the mix. Sub the cayenne pepper for chili powder and some crushed red... still very effective. Quick and easy and very good!

This recipe was good, but seemed a little bland. Don't know what it is missing, but I will definitely make it again with some changes.

Made this last night. I was just ok. Next time I will definitely add more spice, maybe cut up a jalapeno pepper. Also, I will add more vegetables, maybe some tomatoes, zucchini, and asparagus. It needs some help. A good, basic recipe, but play around with it to make it yours. The sauce was quickly absorbed by the pasta. I think more sauce is needed. I did use a whole wheat and flax seed pasta, so maybe that's the difference. I'd make again, but with some changes.

What a delicious dish...quick and easy, too. I knew once I read the recipe, I was going to add grilled chicken. For our taste, I did cut back to 1/2 ts. cayenne. This is definately a "repeat recipe". Thanks for sharing!!

I made this the other night and thought it was fantastic! I added some chopped onion, a little nutmeg and cut the cayenne in half for my taste. It was perfect! Leftovers were just as good if not better the next day. I will definately be making this one again!

DELICIOUS!!!! As other reviewers suggested, I added an onion and chicken breast to the pepper mixture sautee. I also cut back on the chicken broth a bit. If you love spicey, DON'T cut back on the cayenne pepper--it makes the dish! As for the leftovers not being as good, I can't speak to that, we ate it ALL!!! Thanks for a great recipe!!

We loved this recipe. I added the chicken drenched in flour with salt and pepper. and a can of mushrooms. Next time I'll use the full amt of cayenne pepper I only used 1/2 tsp. Maybe even a change of pasta.

Made this tonight, and I loved it. My boyfriend thought it was yummy as well, and he can be really picky when it comes to pasta sauces. Think I may have been a little too liberal with the cayenne so I'll use less next time. I also added diced grilled chicken. This recipe is fantastic!!!

Loved this recipe - I changed it a bit, I used 1 sm jar of red peppers and after sauteeing, I pureed them and then cooked 1 real red pepper and added back the puree. I did about 1/2 cup of broth based on suggestions and it was fine, 3/4 would have been fine too long as you let it reduce down. I only "sprinkled" cayenee and it had enough of a kick for both my husband and I, I couldn't imagine using the amount indicated. Was great, will so make again!

My boyfriend says this is one of the best new things I've made. We both really enjoyed it but I agree that if you're not a real spice lover, cut back on the cayenne. I made as directed but I did add chicken which I agree made it perfect. I lightly floured & fried chicken chunks & then added the sauce to it. I also used plain spaghetti & it was still very good.

We made this a couple nights ago and it was delicious! DH and my sister both loved it as well. We did thinly slice a chicken breast (1/2 lb) and cooked it with the peppers. Next time I will probably try adding shrimp. Our 6 thumbs up!

My husband loved this dish because he loves spicy food. I liked it okay... I only used 1/2 tsp. of cayenne, and that was plenty for me--my mouth was hot. I added shrimp for a little something more, and re-heated the next day with a little chicken broth and half & half to re-create the creamy texture from the night before. For those of us who don't love the hot spice, I think this dish would be awesome with something in place of the cayenne. Not sure what that would be... italian seasoning, basil, rosemary, etc. but overall was a crowd pleaser, which makes me happy :)

This is excellent!!!! A note for everyone who thinks it is too runny, cook the pasta el dente and it will soak up all the juice and it will be perfect consistency. I did have to cut down the cayenne pepper to 1/2 tsp and added a small can of sliced mushrooms. Next time I'll try adding different veggies. Will certainly make again, I would give it 6 stars if I could! Thanks for sharing!!!

Made it by adding onion / chicken / cajun instead of cayenne . . . like was posted earlier . . . was wonderful. For us it was not spice at all, we would definitely add more of the seasoning next time.
