Loved the flavor of the feta and the shrimp. Based on other reviews, I added garlic and also increased the amount of shrimp to 1/4 pound per person. I replaced the butter with olive oil and used whole wheat pasta. I had some black olives in oil in the frig and added a few of those to the finished sauce and they blended well with the feta. Will definitely make this again, very quick and good.

I thought this was great!! I did substitute olive oil for the butter and threw in some garlic and I used less than 1/2 the pasta. I can see why some may think it's a bit dry...it is not really a sauce, but more a topping, but I would double everything but leave the pasta the same. Thanks!

I thought this dish was very good, yes it did need some garlic, but as I am on a lowfat diet this was perfect for me. I also added steamed brocoli and snowpeas and grape tomatoes. Not everyone can eat food smothered in cream sauces. Keep the low fat food recipes coming

I thought this was amazing! I did add about 1 1/2 tsp. minced garlic and about 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts. Because of other reviews saying that there wasn't enough sauce, I used half of the noodles. this was plenty for my family. I couldn't stop eating!

I gave this 4 stars because of its texture, the shrimp and the pasta with this feta cheese sauce needs more liquid...for my liking. I think the key I will try next time will be a tablespoon of lemon juice. This time I used the olive oil and the feta cheese I chose already had the garlic and herb in it. Along with adding about a 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream to 7 oz of feta cheese and 1 lb of shrimp and 13oz of Angel hair pasta. Over all a good taste, just texture issues to my family.

I really thought this was going to be delicious but to my surprise it was very dry. The Feta gave it some flavor but I think it would of tasted better with some kind of sauce. My husband decided to put some Italian dressing on it and it did taste better then.

I followed this recipe exactly and it was extremely dry and lacked flavor. I made this again changing the recipe a great deal and it turned out fantastic. The pasta and shrimp remained the same but here are the changes I made: 4 Tbls. butter, 1/4 cup diced yellow onion, 1/4 cup diced green onion, 6 oz. Feta cheese, 8 oz. heavy cream, 8 oz. Alfredo sauce and 2 cloves garlic.

Was a good base but added extra feta used oil & garlic instead of butter. added onions & zucchini while pasta boiled. then added shrimp to onions with extra feta & dab of butter to cream sauce. added chives before serving. Definitely needed extra sauce but good start.

This was a great recipe. I just put a little bit of personal touch to it. I doubled the amount of sauce beause when cooking the dish I decided that for me, I needed more sauce. Also I used light butter to cut the fat, add a touch of garlic, a bit of lemon juice, and some asparagus, it makes a yummy dish I can eat even on my diet.

Nice quick and easy recipe. I used wholemeal pasta(40g penne pasta instead), and 2 tsp low fat margarine instead of butter. I also used spring onions ( scallons in the US) in place of onions. I used precooked prawns from the freezer and just defrosted them in minutes. It is a very easy recipe to make when in a rush ( I used 42g of feta as well as 113g of prawns). The liquid from the prawns helps to make the sauce which is great as an alternative to red sauce. Even my 3 year old loved it. This was just enough for 1 person as I wasn't feeding many. Next time I will add from chopped garlic and maybe a bit of fresh parsley.

Everyone absolutely loves this dish and it's so simple. I use a pound of shrimp and only 12 ounces of pasta instead of the whole package. I also wilt a bag of spinach with the shrimp and feta before adding the angel hair.

My husband and children absolutely loved this recipe. My husband said it's a keeper. I did however make some minor changes. I used half the amount of pasta as other reviewers suggested and I used olive oil and garlic instead of the butter and onion and used a lot of feta cheese and it made a nice creamy sauce. I don't eat shrimp so I didn't taste it but my five and 9 year old cleaned their plates so you know it was good.
