These were delicious! Even my father in-law, who's not a feta fan, couldn't help but love them!

I'm not a huge feta cheese fan, so I used fresh parmesan instead. I realize the title has feta in it, but I needed to use up some whipping cream which led me here and it tasted great with parmesan.

This was a good mashed potatoes recipe that had a nice flavor. The flavor of the feta cheese wasn't particularly prominent so that was a little disapointing. I might use more next time.

Try it with blue cheese crumbles! Of course you have to be a blue cheese fan but it is just delicious. I also added green onions.

These were absolutely amazing!!! You really do have to like feta to enjoy these potatoes, but if you don't like it why are you making them in the first place?!?!? This will defiantly be going into my gourmet sides rotation.

These mashed potatoes were very good. The feta gives a little zing to them! If you like feta I would highly recommend these!

I found this to be too strong. Perhaps with more potatoes or less feta it would be better.

Easy to make and so good. I peeled the Yukon Gold potatoes before cooking, used 2% milk for the whipping cream, and added 2 tbsp of fresh, chopped chives. We'll make again - it didn't have a strong feta flavour but enough to know it was there. Thanks for the recipe Jan.

I'm a huge feta fan, so I had high hopes. This was a pretty good recipe for garlic mashed potatoes (nice ratio of ingredients), but mine weren't "jazzy." The feta was barely perceptible even though I changed to a stronger feta. I'd vote for peeling the potatoes, first.

I thought these were really delicious. To make it a bit healthier, I used half & half in place of the heavy cream. I did a mix of yukon gold & red potatoes & I too included skins-easier & in my opinion tastier. For color, I sprinkled parsley on top.
