Awesome..hard to taste the feta though..may want to use the flavored kind..had to beef it up a lot by adding melted butter, lotsa lotsa pepper and chives.

Phenomenal! Super easy. I mashed the potatoes and garlic with a fork! Even though I love feta, I didn't use as much as the recipe called for, and it was amazing.

So, when I made the recipe as is, I felt that I couldn't taste the feta, just like some other people. But I am a cheese fan so maybe I just need more cheese. Either way, I just kept adding A LOT more cheese and a little more whipped cream until I came up with the right combination. I probably doubled both amounts in the end. It turned out perfect with the rosemary pesto-crusted lamb shanks that are on this website!

I don't really know if this is fair for me to rate this, since I basically just used it as an idea, but this is how I made this basic recipe spectacular!! I used two baking potatoes, peeled and cubed. I then put the potatoes and 2 cloves of garlic and boiled them for 15 minutes. I then mashed them with about 2 oz tomato basil feta, 2 handfuls shredded asiago, almost 1 cup of half and half, tablespoon of butter, tablespoon of cream cheese and salt and pepper. Yes, I know it's completely different but it turned out so flavorful. I needed to use what i had on hand, and I was able to!

We minced the garlic and added to the potatoes. We also added milk instead of the heavy cream. We added butter for flavor. It was delicious and I would recommend this recipe.

Fabulous, no doubt. These potatoes have quickly become a favorite and will surely make a regular appearance in our home. So far I have matched them with cream caper chicken breasts & cranberry pork chops.

I made this easy recipe for Easter dinner. It was a hit. The feta cheese gave it a really nice flavor. I added garlic powder to the mashed potatoes and used 1% milk.

Wow! These were so good! I love feta cheese and mashed potatoes...the two together were awesome! I did peel my potatoes first and forgot to add the garlic in while boiling them. I just added it afterwards and they turned out great. I can't wait to make these again!

I forgot to add the garlic until after the potatoes were done I made the mistake of using garlic powder first instead of just putting in some jarred garlic. I would have probably liked this recipe more had I had fresh garlic. I used more than 4oz of feta. More like 8 oz. and I liked that. Instead of using heavy whipping cream we used half & half and a little butter. I enjoyed these potatoes even though I changed the recipe a bit, but it isn't my favorite & I probably won't make it again in the near future but probably will eventually.
