We are huge fans of feta cheese, so the family loved these potatoes. I did not peel the potatoes as I always use the skins in mashed potatoes. The feta cheese and garlic added nice flavoring, but did not overpower the potatoes. I served this with two types of pork loin: Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin and Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin, both are AR recipes. I will be making potatoes this way again. Thanks Jan for sharing your recipe.

I made these only because I had extra feta that I didn't want to waste. They were simple and had a great extra zip. I used Greek yogurt in-lieu of any cream, perfect touch!!

These are great! I have to be sure to use the right potato, and fresh ones so the dish doesn't come out pasty. Really love the feta flavor in these!
