We are huge fans of feta cheese, so the family loved these potatoes. I did not peel the potatoes as I always use the skins in mashed potatoes. The feta cheese and garlic added nice flavoring, but did not overpower the potatoes. I served this with two types of pork loin: Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin and Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin, both are AR recipes. I will be making potatoes this way again.
