This salad was a HUGE hit with my parents and husband on Father's Day. They would have been happy just having this salad for their dinner. I used a combination of baby spinach and baby greens. The salad dressing really made the dish. Thanks for a winning recipe, Kate.

I make this everytime I make Prime Rib and it is delicious. My Dad doesent like to try new things and is a meat and potatoes guy. He loves it too. Very YUMMY!

A simple tossed salad but oh so tasty! I was a bit concerned about the addition of dried cranberries; I didn't think they would go well in the salad. However, I decided to try it out anyway and I found that it all came together quite well. Thanks for the recipe!

Fabulous tossed salad! It's easy to make and tastes great. The combination of feta cheese and dried cranberries is wonderful! I used cherry tomatoes cut in half and added in some cucumbers for some extra veggies. The dressing is simple and delicous. I would definitely make this again.
