I don't know why I have never rated this because I have been making it for 6 months and love it! You are right, easy and festive for company and I also love it served with grilled steak on top and my favorite corn bread. Dressing good as is but I do add several cloves of fresh garlic, use half red wine/balsamic vinegars, a Tablespoon or 2 of sugar to taste and any fresh herbs I have available. I keep this around for regular use and even marinate chicken it for the grill. PS. My husband is not a salad eater, not a feta fan, and usually only like ranch dressing but he likes this one.
