These were okay. I used some green pepper too along with the red pimento. I doubled the amount of peppers as there was hardly any the other way. I used chives since we like the flavor of onion and eggs. I wasn't sure about the flour taste though and it really didn't add anything special to the dish as far as I could tell. I wrapped these in a warm flour tortilla and served with salsa. This was a little bland for me, but a good base.

This is flavorless - but I tried it again and mixed in some cooked bulk Italian Sausage and it was pretty decent.
