CALUMET Baking Powder
butter or margarine, softened
I love this recipe. I made the cookies three times for Christmas. I made cherry and lime with the frosting and then I did lemon and used my cookie press. I sprinkled the lemon ones with the Jello powder before baking them. We thought they were all delicious.
This is pretty much the same recipe as the jello pastel cookies, which I've made before but its no longer on this website. Only difference is you dip a glass in reserved gelatin before you press the cookie down so you don't need frosting.
