This was a great dessert. I omitted the bananas just because I wanted more of the pineapple/coconut flavor.

Wonderful sweet tangy dessert salad. This was really juicy and had great tropical flavor. I didn't have oranges so I added some dried orange rind to the yogurt (strawberry is all I had so I didn't strain it) and cut up regular sized marshmallows as I didn't have mini ones. I forgot to toast the coconut. I loved this!

Very good, though I must admit I didn't have time to drain the whey off of the yogurt. I just used less yogurt and it was a very nice dessert-y fruit salad (like ambrosia). I also added some fresh mango and kiwis, yum!
