Hang tight!

2 cups wood chips
1 bulb fennel, trimmed and very thinly sliced
2 (7 ounce) salmon fillets
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 cup quartered cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons fennel fronds and threads
1 pinch white sugar
I found this to be very good. Will definitely make it again.
