Really liked that there was not a lot of dressing. Forgot to buy a green pepper, so substituted grated carrots and green onions instead of green pepper and regular onions. Wonderful salad for our BBQ.

Easy, tasty, skipped the bacon because we're vegetarian, added some purple cabbage in addition to green, and used red onion instead of yellow, used cider vinegar instead of white. Doubled it for a potluck. Yum!

Wonderful! I used packaged slaw, 1 tbs. of bottled bacon bits and added a sprinkle of celery seed. I increased th mayo and added a bit of milk and 1 packet of Real Lemon.....excellent!

This was a very good and simple recipe. I used a bag of cole slaw mix to make it easier on myself and then added crumbled blue cheese for a little extra flavor.
