Great recipe! I made these for a dinner party and they were a hit. I took other's advice and added freshly minced onion, oregano, salt, pepper and a healthy dash of worcestershire sauce. Tasty and so easy!

very easy meatballs! I've used similar ingredients for turkey burgers with dash of onion powder & dash of garlic powder!

these were super simple and tasted good. I used 99% and they worked just fine. I did however, fry them up in some olive oil and butter to get a crisp coat and then put in the oven for 17 minutes at 350...then simmered in my sauce for a couple hours. will make again!

Yes, this is a great basic recipe with lots of flexibility for spices and type of meat. I'll spare you the detailed list of what *I* added, but I do suggest Worcheshire or even Tobasco sauce, which I haven't seen listed in other reviews. As much as I love fresh basil, you might as well save it for the sauce where you can add it at the last minute to maintain it's flavor. Baked in the meatballs, most of the fresh basil taste is significantly diminished (it does add nice green specks though). Also, if you grate or process your onion, it will be the best consistency for holding meatballs together and distributing the flavor.

With a little "extra" added to these, they are great! Onion pdr, garlic pdr, oregano and basil. Mix all up. Bake as instructed. Put some hoagie buns under the broiler for a few(with a slice of cheese). Throw on a couple of these balls and add some spaghetti sauce on top. Delicious!

These are good because they are not only fast but they are also very versatile. You can add garlic, onion, or herbs (like basil or oregano). Thanks for the family-friendly recipe.

I was a little nervous due to the simplicity of this recipe, and the fact that ground turkey is usually pretty blah without much seasoning. I followed the recipe and added parmesan cheese, garlic powder, crushed red pepper, oregano, and two dashes of soy sauce. They were FANTASTIC! Soft and moist and flavorful.

Like other reviewers, it's simple and works great for kids. I on the other hand added 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, a dash of garlic salt, a dash of onion power, a dash of rosemary and a dash of sage. All combined it was a wonderful experience. Super easy and super tasty.

This was a great base recipe for me. I added minced white onion, plain bread crumbs, a packet of dry italian salad dressing mix, fresh basil, fresh oregano, fresh thyme, fresh parsley, and some garlic powder. My family LOVED them! We will definitely be making this again.

Great base recipe! I added chopped onions, garlic powder, salt, basil, and parsley. Spaghetti and meatballs is the only thing that my boyfriend knows how to cook - and he buys frozen meatballs. So I made a huge batch and froze them - now he can make a homemade meal any time he wants.

This is an absolutely terrific recipe. It's simple, easy, fast and good tasting. The baking is a nice twist as I usually cook meatballs on the stove. This is cleaner and works really well. Next time I'll add a bit of parmesan and see how that goes!

I made this last night with penne pasta with muchroom marinara for friends. It was a nice way to make having meat optional. My children prefer to just have sauce and noodles when my husband has to have his meats.. Also i was able to spice up half the recipe with franks red hot for him:) A healthy option i used was replacing the bread crumbs with finally chopped oatmeal.. They were wonderful!

What a great recipe! I made this for me and my husband and we both loved it. A couple things I changed. Since I had to scale this down a lot, I used some mayo instead of an egg. I didn't have seasoned breadcrumbs so I just added my own italian seasoning. also salt and pepper to taste! turned out wonderfully!

I agree that these are very easy to make. I lined the pan with foil for easy clean up. I used a pork and ground beef mix instead of turkey and added some fennel seeds and italian spices. They came out crispy on the outside and tender inside. Good!
