Good basic recipe, quite tasty and easy to make. It was nice to have extra meatballs laying around for Italian sandwiches later on in the week.

These meatballs were delicious. I added some garlic, salt and pepper and baked just a little while longer. No more expensive prepackaged meatballs for me.

This is a fantastic recipe... the meatballs are delicious and so easy to make. I didn't have seasoned bread crumbs so I used 1/3 cup matzo meal and added 1/2 tsp. onion powder, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. salt... they tasted great and my kids loved them! I will be making this recipe at least once a week!

I was looking for a simple meatball recipe and this was it! They were very easy to make and I already had all the ingredients. I did, however add a little bit of garlic salt and I think I might add some parmesan cheese next time. They were very yummy and I would make these again!!!

Made these exactly as described, except I added fresh chopped basil into the mix. Served with whole wheat penne and homemade spaghetti sauce (Nanny's Spaghetti Sauce from this site). YUM!

These were so fast and easy to make. They were a hit with my four year-old son. He loved them! I did take the advice of others and added some finely Chopped Onion, Crushed Garlic, 1/2 tsp of Ground Sage, 2 T of Shredded Parmesean Cheese, Salt, Pepper, 1/8 Cup of Water, and I used ground italian salad croutons for bread crumbs. I will definitely be using this recipe again and again. I put them in with some fresh homemade cheese ravioli and marinara sauce. Absolutely delicious!

these are wonderful! i have been searching for a simple meatball recipe - no weird ingredients or sauces, just plain old good meatballs that are homemade instead of buying them frozen. and at long last, these are it! i one-and-a-halfed the recipe, using two thirds ground turkey and one third ground beef, and otherwise followed it exactly. i ended up with 40 tiny meatballs that i cooked for a total of 18 mins which was perfect. i plan to use them tomorrow night in the "meatball soup" recipe from this site. yummy!

Easy to make and they turn out nicely browned. I cook these with Lana's Sweet and Sour meatball sauce from this site and they always go over well.

I have never in my life been able to make meatballs. This recipe made it super easy. I trippled the recipe (which I won't ever do again! Too much time) and simmered them in spaghetti sauce. They turned out FABULOUS!

i liked that this recipe was really quick and really easy. the meatballs are a bit bland though. i had them with bow tie pasta and a tomato basil sauce and it was good with the sauce. would NOT eat these without some sort of sauce, but a great recipe starter!!
