Quick and easy, but mine turned out flat and WAY too chewy. They were edible, but I will try a different recipe in the future. May never make pancakes without a blender again, though. So easy and minimized cleanup since I could pour right from blender onto skillet.

These were so thin. I had a feeling they'd be that way when I saw the 2-2 ratio of milk to flour. Additionally they did not rise so they just spread out into thin blobs. They also tasted nothing like a pancake and were more like a Pizzelle (those little waffle cookies at christmas) which I haven't had in a long time, so we're going to cook the rest anyway- hate to waste the ingredients! Definitely more like a cookie and less like a pancake!

OK Here are some more hints. 1. make sure your baking powder is fresh and double acting. 2. make sure you don't over mix.. if you do it will make gluten and that is what will make it tough and chewy. it's better to mix in a bowl with a whisk than in the blender. 3. add a pinch of salt, it make everything else taste better. 4. mix all dry together, then mix in the wet, then the baking powder wont react until you want it to. 5. have whatever your cooking on hot and ready before you mix the wet, that way you can cook before all the baking powder is used up. 6. add fun mix-ins like fruit, nuts, or chocolate. lastly have fun and don't be so critical. mistakes are how you learn. if you don't like how it turned out this time, tweak it and try again. that's what makes cooking so great! thanks for the recipe. I used apple sauce instead of the oil, and added almond extract for that extra kick. thanks again

I chose this recipe because of all of the positive reviews but I am one of the 10-20% of people who the recipe didn't work for. It didn't seem thin like a lot of people had said, the pancakes were medium on a scale of low to high, in regards to thickness. They were dense and tasted horrible. I added cinnamon to hide the taste but the denseness was overpowering. At first I did try to reduce the sugar amount to half, as many positive reviews said they were way to sweet. After not liking the first batch, I added more sugar and still were not good. I will not attempt to alter this recipe to try to make it work for me. On to the next recipe! :)

Batter very runny using the blender. Very good flavor though! Had to add more flour and sugar.

Best pancakes I have ever made! This one is a keeper! One thing i changed was only using 1/2 cup of sugar and only using 1 1/2 cups of milk and 1/2 cup melted butter. After those moderation's, these pancakes were perfect!

These pancakes were fast and easy if you were looking to make rubbery frizzbies for the kids to play with for Christmas. Not fluffy at all. Made the changes others had made and it was just not a good pancake. Will stick with buttermilk pancakes from now on.

I tried these pancakes because my daughter really wanted pancakes, but I wasn't feeling very well so I thought these would be quick and easy. I omitted the egg since my son is allergic, and they still came out awesome. I added chocolate chips once in the pan. We will be having these again one day when I can actually enjoy them without having to blow my nose a billion times.
