Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  2. Melt butter in a large heavy skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and bell pepper until soft, about 5 minutes. Add ground pork and cook until evenly brown. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a large pot, heat spaghetti sauce until bubbling. Stir in pork mixture, pasta, and sour cream. Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.

Used turkey sausage, which made the flavor phenomenal. Also used greek yogurt instead of sour cream, olive oil instead of butter, and whole wheat penne pasta. Easy ways to make the recipe a little more healthy. :)

This was quick and easy to make, I had to make it with ground beef instead of pork but my kids enjoyed it.
