This was so yummy! Thank you, RwnMayfair for the casserole suggestion.. it was perfect! I love to be able to get a dinner in the oven and get it cleaned up before I eat! Definitely a keeper!

Delicious. I used 3 cheese spaghetti sauce and mixed with the ground pork and sour cream, the flavor was wonderful. My 23 month old son asked for seconds and thirds and fourths! A new family dish!

This recipe really depends on the type of pasta sauce you use. Make sure you use one with some extra flavour, herbs and spices going on and a thicker, more tomatoey sauce.

This was tasty but it didn't stick out in my mind. I added a box of frozen spinach that was thawed & didn't measure the tomato sauce, I just dumped it in till the consistency was right. May or may not make again.

Very good, and lends itself easily to substitutions. I omitted the bell pepper, and added more onion. I also added approx. 2c spinach while I was sauteeing the onions, and some crushed red pepper when I added the spaghetti sauce. Delicious!

Okay my husband REALLY turned up his nose at this as I was making it, but loved it once he tried some. The only modification I made to this recipe was to use spicy sausage (bulk) instead of ground pork; the change was perfect.

Great, flexible recipe that's just different enough to make this a truly pleasant change from the usual jar + box weekday pasta routine. We've found that using half-and-half gives a more silky end result. Many thanks for sharing this 'new classic' in our menu rotation!

It was ok....I added garlic, some ground sage to make the pork more "sausage like" and 1 tsp of sugar(the spag sauce i had on hand was a little too savory, & w/the whole "creamy" theme, it needed a softening to the acidity) Was good enough for a quick weeknight meal(soccer practice forces me into simple mode on such nights)
