This salad is a favorite with everyone. I've even added cheese and sunflower seeds to it and there's never enough left at the bottom of the bowl for lunch the next day! Absolutely wonderful and simple.

This is good for a side dish salad, but not for the whole meal. I've seen variations of this which always include more ingredients. This could use something more.

This dressing is wonderful. After tasting the salad made as the recipe suggests, I added red onion, celery and red grapes. This more closely resembled the flavors in my Red Broccoli salad posted on this site. Very good Marsha!

Needs something else like cheddar cheese, cherry tomatoes. Liked it just need some other veggies. Used real bacon bits to speed things up.

This is best if you add some cubed sharp cheddar cheese, and maybe a little chopped red onion. :)

excellent. used splenda and reduced fat mayo for the dressing and it was still fantastic. also used a bag and a half of iceberg lettuce instead of messing around with washing and tearing an actual head of lettuce.

This is a very popular salad with my family. I have made it several times, and never had to change anything about it.

Fiance said this was one of the best salads he’s ever had & he doesn’t like mayonnaise much. I did use Miracle Whip in place of the mayonnaise though. Served this with Balsamic-Glazed pork tenderloin & Rice-a-Roni long grain & wild rice.
