This recipe is delicious, even though I changed it a bit to accommodate our tastes. I prepared this for my husband to enjoy while he watched the Super Bowl. In that we both have a problem with green onions, I sauteed some chopped yellow onion in the same skillet with the ground beef. Then,
as I wanted a warm dip, I layered it according to instructions, but I omitted the lettuce and olives
until after I had warmed it slowly, covered with foil, in a 175 degree oven. I should have made
a double recipe, as it was a big hit! I will definitely make this again...and again.
